The VStarcam C13S is a 2-megapixel bullet camera built for outdoor surveillance. It captures 1080p video at 15 fps using a 1/2.7 inch CMOS sensor and an 85° diagonal view angle. The housing meets IP66 waterproof rating for operation in rain, snow or dust. It connects via 2.4 GHz WiFi or RJ45 Ethernet and stores footage on a TF card up to 128 GB, cloud service or NVR.

The camera runs on DC 12 V with a rated consumption of 1.44 W when infrared LEDs are off. Four 850 nm IR LEDs provide night vision up to 10–15 m with an automatic IR-cut filter. 2.4 GHz Wireless Only
