Chrome Water Pressure Regulator 65 PSI

This SHURflo chrome-plated regulator protects marine plumbing from excessive city water pressure. It combines a pressure-reducing valve with a built-in check valve in a wall-mount housing. The unit limits incoming pressure safely to 50 PSI while meeting check valve code requirements. It is designed for permanent installation at the water entry point.

65 PSI Factory Setting

The regulator is factory set at 65 PSI and reduces supply pressure down to a safe 50 PSI for onboard systems. This single pressure rating determines whether the device matches the protection level required by the vessel's plumbing. Installers must verify that 50 PSI output suits the specific fixtures and piping used aboard.

Standard Hose and Pipe Connections

The regulator accepts a 3/4 inch GSH female swivel inlet fitting standard hose connections. Its 1/2 inch NPSM male outlet connects to typical marine plumbing lines. The diaphragm design handles continuous protection from pressure surges at the dockside hookup. Systems requiring higher flow rates or different thread standards will need an alternative solution.

How does the 3/4" GSH female swivel inlet connect to a standard hose fitting?

The swivel inlet threads directly onto a standard garden hose fitting without tools, allowing quick permanent wall mounting and easy removal for winterising.

What mounting hardware or clearance does the wall-mount body require?

The unit is designed for quick permanent wall mounting with its built-in body; the 1/2" NPSM male outlet aligns with standard plumbing connections for a secure fit.
