Clear Acrylic Film Tape for Mailing

This clear acrylic film tape comes in eighteen rolls, each measuring 3 1/4 inches wide by 72 yards long. It is designed for hand application in shipping and mailroom environments. The light-duty strength rating and 1.6 mil thickness suit general package sealing and label protection tasks.

Suits Light Carton Sealing and Label Cover

Workers sealing lightweight cartons or covering address labels will find the 20 lb/in tensile strength adequate. Operations needing heavy-duty closure, cold-weather performance below minus 20 degrees F, or heat resistance above 180 degrees F should select a different tape specification.

FDA Indirect Contact Compliance Decides Fit

The tape meets CFR 21 sections 175.105 and 177.1520 for indirect food contact, making it the deciding factor for mailrooms that handle food-adjacent packaging. Facilities without that regulatory requirement can base their choice on width, length, and tensile figures alone.
