Carton sealing tape for packing

This polypropylene carton sealing tape comes in a six-pack of clear rolls. Each roll measures 48mm wide by 100m long. The hot melt resin adhesive bonds quickly to corrugated boxes and common packing materials. It suits households, small businesses and shippers who need a reliable seal for storage or transit.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

The tape operates passively with no electrical draw, no fan noise and no heat generation. Application is manual, so performance depends on hand pressure rather than a power rating. There are no thermal limits to observe during use. The adhesive remains stable at typical indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 48mm wide tape so it seals the carton evenly?

Hold the roll so the adhesive side faces the box, press the tape down firmly along the centre seam, then smooth outward with your hand to remove air bubbles — the step most people skip is pressing the full length after the initial tack.

When will the hot melt resin adhesive on the 100m roll lose its stickiness and need replacing?

The adhesive remains effective until the tape is fully used or the roll is damaged; store unused rolls in a cool, dry place to prevent the hot melt resin from degrading over time.
