Industrial photoelectric proximity sensor

The Sick VTE18-3P4412 is a cylindrical photoelectric proximity sensor with a PNP dark-switching output. It detects objects at distances from 5 mm to 350 mm using an infrared LED with a 2.8° dispersion angle. The brass nickel-plated metal housing meets IP67 enclosure rating for harsh industrial environments. Adjustment is performed via an integrated potentiometer.

Check supply voltage and wiring compatibility

Verify that your control system provides a 10 V DC to 30 V DC supply with ripple below 10 % and can accept a PNP switching signal.
