A 30 A, two-pole molded-case breaker rated 480 V AC and 250 V DC with 18 kA interrupting capacity for panelboard mounting
The SIEMENS ED42B030 is a moulded-case circuit breaker rated at 30 amps with a 480 V AC maximum. It uses thermal-magnetic trip technology and provides an 18 kA interrupting rating at 480 V AC for reliable overcurrent protection.
This two-pole unit fits lug-in style panelboards such as SB switchboards and Sentron panelboards. It accepts load-side lug connections and operates on single-phase or DC systems up to 250 V DC with any phase connection.
The breaker has fixed instantaneous trip settings with both high and low amp trip points set at 30 A. It sits in a 125 A ED frame size, delivering consistent thermal-magnetic performance without adjustable elements.

Yes — the low and high trip settings are both fixed at 30 A, so the breaker holds rated current and trips only on sustained overload or short circuit.
The molded-case design runs silently; temperature rise stays within UL limits for a 125 A frame carrying 30 A continuously.
It mounts in Sentron panelboards and SB switchboards that take ED-series lug-in frames.
