Dedicated Cap for 20mm F1.4 Art Lens

This plastic cover cap is made specifically for the SIGMA 20mm F1.4 DG HSM Art lens. It snaps over the built-in hood to shield the front element from dust and scratches. The accessory is aimed at photographers who want to preserve the condition of this specific wide-angle prime during transport and storage.

Protection Limited to Front Element

The cap covers only the lens front and integrated hood; it does not protect the rear mount or the barrel from impacts. Its snap-on fit relies on the hood geometry, so it cannot be used on other focal lengths or lens models. The plastic construction resists everyday abrasion but is not rated for heavy crushing loads.

Verify Hood Is Intact Before Fitting

Check that the lens's built-in hood is undamaged and fully extended, because the cap locks onto its outer profile. Confirm you own the exact 20mm F1.4 DG HSM Art variant, as other SIGMA 20mm designs have different hood shapes. No tools are required for installation.
