Four-computer DisplayPort KVM switch

The SIIG CE-KV0D11-S1 lets one user control four computers from a single DisplayPort or HDMI monitor, a USB keyboard, a USB mouse and shared USB 3.2 Gen 1 peripherals. Switching is handled by front push buttons, keyboard hotkeys or the included IR remote. It is built for workstations that need to juggle multiple DisplayPort sources without unplugging cables.

DisplayPort 1.4 tops out at 8K 30 Hz and 4K 60 Hz

Video bandwidth reaches 32.4 Gbps over DisplayPort 1.4 with HDR, while DisplayPort 1.2 caps at 21.6 Gbps for 4K at 60 Hz. The HDMI console port delivers 4K at 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 and HDR at 18 Gbps. Higher refresh rates or resolutions beyond these limits are not supported by the switch.

Metal chassis with front IR sensor

The 1.02 by 9.53 by 2.76 inch enclosure weighs 1.11 lbs and runs from an external 5 V 3 A adapter. Six 3.5 mm microphone jacks on the PC side and six stereo jacks on the console side route 7.1 surround from DisplayPort or HDMI plus PCM 2.1 analogue audio. Two dedicated USB 2.0 Type-A ports ensure keyboard and mouse emulation stays active during switching.
