Gold Braiding String Set

The Sliverdew 53131600 kit supplies four metallic cords for hair braiding and craft projects. Each spool measures five metres and is finished in gold or silver for decorative styling.

Polypropylene Construction

The cords use hard polypropylene that resists snapping and holds its shape without stretching. A one-millimetre diameter lets them feed through beads or wrap tightly around dreadlocks, and they can be trimmed to custom lengths.

Lightweight Handling

At thirty-five grams total weight the package adds negligible bulk to a craft kit or travel bag. The smooth surface prevents snagging during extended braiding sessions and stores flat in the supplied ten-point-five by nine-point-five by one-point-eight centimetre box.

Questions about this item

What is the total length of the four braiding strings combined?

The pack contains four strings, each five metres long, giving a total of twenty metres of braiding material.

What are the package dimensions so I know if it fits in my craft drawer?

The box measures 10.5 cm by 9.5 cm by 1.8 cm, making it compact enough for most storage drawers.

How do I secure the ends after cutting a piece to length?

Because the string is non‑elastic polypropylene, tie a firm knot or use a crimp bead to stop it unravelling.
