Mini WiFi Climate Sensor

A compact white thermometer hygrometer that connects to WiFi and reports indoor temperature and humidity through a companion app. It covers a range of -10 to 50 for temperature and 0 to 95 percent for humidity with stated accuracy of ±1 and ±5 percent respectively. The LCD screen shows live readings and a simple needle press toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Data history can be stored and exported from the app for later review.

Homeowners and hobbyists needing remote alerts

The sensor pushes instant notifications when conditions drift outside your preset limits, making it useful for nurseries, wine storage, plant cabinets or reptile enclosures. It also integrates with Alexa for voice queries and can trigger Tuya-based smart scenes such as switching on a humidifier when humidity falls below 50 percent. Buyers who require local-only operation without any cloud account, or who need wired Ethernet or Power over Ethernet connectivity, will not be served by this device.

WiFi-dependent cloud connectivity

The single specification that decides suitability is the requirement for a WiFi link to the Smart Life or Tuya ecosystem; all alerts, history, scene automation and Alexa voice responses travel through that cloud service. If your environment blocks outbound IoT traffic or you prefer a fully offline sensor, this product will not meet the requirement.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the sensor is measuring correctly after I connect it to Wi-Fi?

Open the Smart Life app and check that the live reading stays within ±1 °C between 10 and 50 °C and ±5 % relative humidity between 0 and 95 %.

What comes in the package and what else do I need to provide?

The box contains the white sensor and a needle for pressing the mode hole; you must supply a USB power source and a Wi-Fi network for the initial setup.

Which version should I choose if I want to trigger a humidifier when humidity drops below 50 %?

This single model supports smart scenes through the Smart Life app, so it can activate a Tuya-compatible humidifier automatically when humidity falls below 50 %.
