Six-section pressboard classification folder

The Smead 14034 is a pressboard classification folder with six sections created by two dividers and two fasteners. Each fastener provides a 2-inch capacity for securing documents. The folder uses 25 pt. pressboard material and contains recycled content. It is sold in a box of 10 folders.

Letter sheet size and tab configuration

Verify that your filing system uses letter-size sheets measuring 8 1/2 by 11 inches. The folder features a 2/5 tab cut positioned right of centre. Ensure this tab style matches your existing drawer or shelf labels for consistent indexing.

Two fasteners and 2-inch expansion

The two SafeSHIELD fasteners hold punched papers securely within each division. The 2-inch expansion allows the folder to grow with active projects. Yellow pressboard construction helps colour-code categories at a glance. The box of 10 supplies multiple departments or archive batches.
