SafeSHIELD Classification Folder

This Smead 14097 folder uses pressboard construction with SafeSHIELD coated fasteners to protect documents from fastener damage. It provides eight sections across three dividers for detailed categorisation. The 3-inch expansion capacity handles bulky project files. Green colour aids quick visual identification on the shelf.

High-volume paper organisers

Suits offices, legal practices and archives that manage large active case files requiring frequent subdivision and secure fastening. Not suited for users who only need simple two-pocket folders or binders for occasional transport. Buyers needing hanging-file compatibility should verify their drawer rails separately.

3-inch expansion capacity

The 3-inch expansion depth is the critical measure that determines whether a full project archive fits in one folder. Combined with 25-point pressboard thickness, it supports heavy document loads without tearing. The eight-section layout and twin fasteners lock each division in place.
