Document organisation for high-volume filing

This Smead classification folder accessory is built for offices that handle large amounts of letter-size paperwork. The 20 pt. PressGuard cover resists moisture and stains while the Tyvek gusset expands 2 inches. Two dividers with 1/3-cut tabs create six separate filing surfaces inside a single folder. Patented SafeSHIELD coated fasteners protect documents from tears and users from finger cuts.

Suits archives needing expansion.

Teams managing growing case files, client records or project archives will benefit from the 2-inch expansion and multiple fastener positions. The 17 pt. kraft dividers add durability for frequent access. Buyers who only need a few sheets per folder or who prefer a slimmer profile without dividers should look at something else.

2-inch expansion with six filing surfaces

The single specification that decides fit is the 2-inch Tyvek gusset combined with two dividers creating six filing surfaces. This capacity determines whether the folder matches your volume of letter-size documents. Verify that your storage space accommodates the expanded width before ordering.
