Smead 26210 End Tab File Folder 25/Box

End-tab folders for bulky filing

These end-tab folders are built for offices and job sites that need to keep thick, heavy documents together. The 25-count box supplies enough units for shared filing systems or high-volume archives. Heavyweight pressboard and a tear-resistant Tyvek gusset let each folder expand to hold large file volumes without splitting. They suit administrators, site managers and records clerks who handle substantial paperwork daily.

Expansion limited to two inches

The accordion-style Tyvek pleat opens to a fixed two-inch depth, so the folder cannot accommodate files thicker than that limit. Straight-cut tabs measure three-quarters of an inch wide, which restricts the length of handwritten or printed labels. The folders use a letter-size footprint, so they will not fit legal or oversized pages without folding. Buyers who need deeper expansion or wider tabs must choose a different product.

Pressboard construction with Tyvek gusset

The 25-point pressboard resists bending and edge wear even when the folder is carried between locations. Reinforced tape along the gusset prevents tears during repeated opening and closing. Gray-green colour coding helps visual sorting in mixed filing systems. Labels are sold separately, so users must supply their own identification method. The material comes from a certified managed forest, supporting responsible sourcing.
