Alphabetic Indexing for Letter Files

These Smead 50180 guides divide letter-size drawers into pre-printed A-Z sections. The 25-piece set uses 1/5-cut tabs in assorted positions to create visible alphabetical signposts. Each 1/2-inch high tab is fused vinyl for quick identification. The 18-point stock provides a rigid feel suited for archive storage.

Fits Standard Letter-Size Systems

Guides sit directly on top of letter-size folders inside any compatible drawer or shelf. No adhesive, fasteners or special rails are required for installation. They free you from reading every folder label by guiding the eye to the correct alphabetic zone. The manila material matches common folder colours for a uniform look.

Pre-Printed Tabs Eliminate Hand Labelling

Every tab arrives already printed with its letter range, removing the need for separate labels or markers. Multicolour vinyl tabs withstand repeated handling without peeling. The assorted tab positions prevent a solid wall of plastic that blocks visibility. Wood fibre comes from a certified managed forest source.
