Purpose and Audience

The Smead 70866 is a poly expanding file with 12 pockets designed for organising letter-size documents. Its tear-resistant and water-resistant polypropylene construction protects papers during daily transport or desk use. The elastic cord and button closure keeps contents secure while moving between locations.

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

Professionals and students who need a single portable organiser for active projects will find the six dividers useful for sorting by day or task. The upright expanding base allows quick insertion and removal at a workstation. Buyers who need more storage capacity than 12 pockets provide or who require a rigid binder format should consider other options.

Pocket Count and Divider Layout

Twelve pockets are created by six internal dividers that can separate documents by weekday, project or priority. White customisable tab inserts are included for labelling each section. The acid-free and PVC-free poly material helps preserve paper quality over time.
