Two-Pocket Portfolio for Document Filing

The Smead 87859 portfolio holds letter-size sheets in two separate pockets made from embossed leather-grain paper. It is intended for office workers, students and home organisers who need a lightweight way to sort active paperwork without a ring binder.

Capacity and headroom for daily paperwork

Each box contains 25 portfolios, giving enough units for a small team or a semester of class notes. Two pockets per portfolio handle routine handouts, invoices or project drafts; the paper construction will crease if overstuffed with thick catalogues or bound reports.

Fits standard filing systems and frees shelf space

The red covers fit side-by-side in any vertical file drawer or open shelf designed for letter-format folders. No fasteners or rings are required, so the portfolios slide in and out quickly and leave room for dividers or labels alongside them.

Questions about this item

Will the 25-count box of portfolios fit inside my existing letter-size filing cabinet?

Each portfolio is built to letter-size dimensions, so the 25-unit box will sit on a standard letter drawer without overhang.

How can I confirm the embossed leather-grain finish is holding up after a few weeks of daily handling?

Run a fingertip across the cover; the raised grain pattern should still feel distinct and the red colour should show no abrasion marks.

Does the 25-portfolio box include tab inserts or fasteners, or must I order those separately?

The box contains only the 25 two-pocket portfolios; tab inserts and fasteners are sold separately.
