Product Identity

The Smead 89522 pack contains five blue polypropylene envelopes designed for office and archival use. Each envelope measures 9 3/4 by 11 5/8 inches with a 1-1/4 inch gusset. The material resists tears and repels moisture for long-term document protection.

Closure Mechanism

A string-tie button closure secures the flap and allows repeated opening without adhesive wear. The top-loading design lets users insert or remove bulky files quickly. Acid-free construction prevents yellowing and meets archival storage standards.

Capacity Limits

The 1-1/4 inch expansion holds more than 200 sheets of standard paper per envelope. Heavy binders or thick catalogues will exceed the gusset depth and prevent a proper seal. Users needing larger expansion should select a different envelope style.
