Door Hanger Envelope — 500-count box

This white door-hanger envelope features an oval cutout and a vellum finish for a clean, professional look. The open-side design allows quick insertion of flyers, notices or mail pieces. A 92% brightness level keeps printed colours sharp and text easy to read. Supplied in a box of 500 for high-volume mailing or distribution tasks.

Paper handling and daily use

The vellum surface feeds smoothly through most office printers and copiers without jamming. Standard-weight stock keeps postage costs predictable for bulk mailings. The oval cutout slides over standard door knobs without tearing. No special equipment is needed beyond a desktop printer.

Upgrade from plain envelopes

Replaces standard envelopes when a hangable format is required for door-to-door campaigns. The cutout eliminates the need for separate hangers or adhesive strips. The jump is worthwhile when you need a single piece that prints, mails and hangs without extra assembly. Not suited for buyers who need a sealed closure or a larger insert capacity.

Questions about this item

How do you hang the envelope using the oval cutout, and what mistake should I avoid?

Slip the oval cutout over the doorknob so the envelope rests flat against the door; forcing it over a lever handle instead of a round knob can tear the cutout.

Will the vellum finish or white 92% brightness paper need any special storage or replacement over time?

Store the box flat in a dry area to keep the vellum surface from curling; the paper itself does not degrade, so replacement is only needed when the 500-count supply runs out.

How many envelopes can I process in one mailing run before the box is empty?

The box contains 500 envelopes, so a single run can use up to that quantity before you need to open a new box.
