2-in-1 RCA AV Selector
This passive switch routes composite video and stereo audio from two analogue sources to a single display or recorder. It requires no external power or driver installation, operating purely through a mechanical toggle on the front panel. The compact black plastic enclosure fits easily on a desk or inside a media cabinet. It is designed for legacy equipment using standard RCA connectors.
Retro console owners and legacy AV users
The unit suits anyone juggling a DVD player, set-top box or classic game console on a screen with only one composite input. It eliminates the wear of repeatedly swapping cables by hand. Buyers needing HDMI, component, SCART or digital optical connections cannot use this selector. It also does not support automatic or remote-controlled switching between sources.
Two inputs to one output
The switch comfortably handles two simultaneous source devices feeding one television, capture card or recorder. Signal path is passive, so there is no amplification or processing added to the CVBS video and stereo audio streams. It runs out of capacity when a third analogue source must be connected or when the display lacks a composite RCA input altogether.

Questions about this item
What type of RCA cables do I need to connect my DVD player and retro console to this switch?
You need three male-to-male RCA cables per source: one yellow for composite video and one red plus one white for left/right stereo audio.
Will the manual toggle button introduce any signal degradation when I switch between my set-top box and game console?
The passive mechanical switch routes the analog CVBS and stereo signals directly without active circuitry, so there is no added latency or quality loss.
How can I verify the switch is passing both video and audio correctly after I press the toggle?
Check that the TV shows a stable colour picture from the selected source and that sound plays through both left and right speakers without hum or dropout.
