SKU CH-J2Z8-93XRJ

Magnetic charging cable for AfterShokz AS800 Aeropex and OpenComm headsets with auto-aligning contacts and reinforced strain relief

  • Exact magnetic fit for AS800 Aeropex and OpenComm
  • Strong magnetic hold keeps cable attached during movement
  • Stable current protects the headphone battery from unstable power
  • Reinforced strain relief resists bending and repeated plugging
  • Compact and lightweight for travel, gym bag or pocket

Compatible headset models

This magnetic charging cable is built exclusively for AfterShokz AS800 Aeropex and OpenComm bone conduction headphones. The precisely positioned contacts snap into place automatically, removing the frustration of manual alignment. Buyers with any other headset model or brand will find the connector does not fit.

Charging reliability and convenience

Strong magnetic attraction keeps the cable attached during light movement, while premium copper conductors deliver steady current to protect the headphone lithium battery. The reinforced strain relief resists cracking from repeated bending and plugging, making the cable a durable spare for travel, sports and daily commuting. Power can be drawn from any standard USB source such as a wall adapter, laptop port or power bank.

Thermals noise and power draw

The cable operates without a fan or active cooling, so it produces no audible noise during charging. Passive heat dissipation through the copper conductors and outer jacket keeps temperatures low under normal USB power delivery. Current draw is limited by the connected USB source and the headset's own charging circuit, with no additional power electronics in the cable itself.
