  • Delivers up to 240 W to charge power-hungry laptops fast
  • Drives an 8K display at 60 Hz for crisp visuals
  • Works with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 hosts plus USB-C gear
  • Built with aluminium alloy and braided nylon for durability

Thunderbolt 4 Certified Cable

This one-metre cable carries Thunderbolt 4 certification and delivers 40 Gbps data transfer, 240 W power delivery and 8K 60 Hz video. It works with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 hosts as well as USB-C 3.2, 3.1 and 2.0 devices. The aluminium-alloy and nylon-braided construction is built for daily use.

Plug-and-Play Installation

Connect the USB-C ends to the host and peripheral; no drivers are required. The only common issue is video output: the source port must support DisplayPort Alternate Mode, otherwise the display will not activate. Power delivery negotiates automatically up to 48 V at 5 A.

For High-Performance Workstations

Suits users who need maximum Thunderbolt bandwidth, 240 W charging and dual 4K or single 8K display support in a single cable. Buyers who only need basic USB 2.0 charging or data sync, or whose devices lack Thunderbolt or USB4 ports, will not benefit from the extra capability.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the cable is delivering the full 40 Gbps data rate after connecting it?

Check the operating system's port speed indicator or run a disk benchmark between two Thunderbolt 4 devices; the link should report 40 Gbps and sustain multi-gigabyte-per-second transfers.

What accessories are included and what must I provide separately?

The package contains only the 1-metre USB-C to USB-C cable with aluminium-alloy ends and nylon braiding; any power adapter, dock or display must be supplied by you.

Which length and power rating should I choose for a setup that needs 240 W charging and 8K video?

This model is the 1-metre version rated for 240 W (48 V / 5 A) and certified for 40 Gbps, 8K at 60 Hz or dual 4K at 60 Hz, so it covers the highest spec in a single cable.
