USB A to C cable for Android Auto

This USB A to USB C cable supports Android Auto in compatible vehicles and delivers up to 3A fast charging with a 56K ohm pull-up resistor for safer current. It is backward compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports but does not support video output or direct laptop-to-laptop data transfer. The 6.6ft length suits most car and desk setups.

10Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2 data rate

The single specification that decides fit is the 10Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2 transfer speed, which moves large files such as HD movies in seconds. Actual throughput depends on the host port and device capabilities, and the cable will fall back to lower speeds on older ports.

Braided build rated for 20000 bends

Double nylon braiding and reinforced strain relief are rated for over 20000 bend cycles and 10000 plug cycles, so the cable resists fraying at the connectors. Fast charging requires both a QC 3.0 or OEM charger and a device that supports the protocol; without them the cable charges at standard rates.

Questions about this item

How fast will 10Gbps data transfer move files on my laptop?

The cable supports up to 10Gbps, which equals 1250MB/s, so large photo or video libraries copy in seconds rather than minutes.

What does the USB 3.1 Gen 2 label mean for charging speed?

It delivers up to 3A at 60W with a 56K ohm pull-up resistor, enabling QC 3.0 fast charging when your charger and device both support it.

Will the 6.6ft braided cable fit through my desk grommet?

The double nylon braid and reinforced strain relief add minimal bulk, so the 6.6ft length routes easily through standard grommets and cable trays.
