Right-angle USB-C to USB-C cable in black nylon braid

SMUGDESK

SMUGDESK USB4 Gen 3x2 Right Angle Cable 3.3ft 40Gbps 240W

SKU CH-3WD0-23RBP

USB4 Gen 3x2 cable delivers 40 Gbps data, 240 W charging and 8K video with a right-angle connector

Cable Length 3.3 Feet

  • 240W charging for power-hungry laptops via PD 3.1 EPR
  • 40Gbps bi-directional data with USB4 Gen 3x2 devices
  • Right-angle connectors reduce strain in tight spaces
  • 3ft length suits desktop and portable setups
  • Supports 8K@60Hz or dual 4K@60Hz video output

Right-Angle USB4 Cable for Tight Ports

This 3.3 ft USB-C to USB-C cable uses a right-angle connector to fit snugly against laptops, tablets or eGPU enclosures where straight plugs would block adjacent ports. It supports the USB4 Gen 3x2 standard and works bidirectionally with Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, Linux and Android devices.

40 Gbps Data and 240 W Power Headroom

The cable moves up to 40 Gbps between two USB4 Gen 3x2 hosts or peripherals and carries up to 240 W of Power Delivery 3.1 power at 48 V. It steps down cleanly to 180 W, 140 W, 100 W or 60 W profiles, so a single cable charges a MacBook Pro 16 at full speed and still powers smaller gadgets.

Video Modes Decide Single- or Dual-Monitor Use

One cable drives a single 8K display at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz or dual 4K at 60 Hz when two cables are used. Buyers needing dual high-refresh 4K or 8K on a single cable cannot meet that requirement with this product.

Questions about this item

Will this 240W USB4 Gen 3x2 cable charge my older 100W laptop at full speed?

Yes, the cable is backwards compatible with 100W, 60W and lower power requirements, so it will deliver the maximum power your laptop accepts.

How can I verify the cable is running at 40Gbps after I plug it in?

Check your operating system’s connection details or run a disk-speed test with a USB4 Gen 3x2 SSD; the reported link rate should show 40Gbps.

Does the 3.3ft right-angle cable ship with a 240W charger or do I need to buy one separately?

Only the USB-C to USB-C cable is included; a 240W EPR PD 3.1 charger must be purchased separately to reach 240W charging.
