Breakroom Hardwound Towel Carton

The Papernet Heavenly Soft hardwound towel arrives as a 12-roll carton suited to shared washrooms and break areas. Each roll measures 7.8 inches wide and delivers 600 feet of single-ply Kraft paper. The construction bonds and embosses plies together for a softer feel than standard commercial rolls. It is sold new and ready for immediate installation.

Dispenser Compatibility and Roll Specifications

The rolls use a 2-inch core and a 7.25-inch diameter designed for the Papernet 416817 dispenser system. KraftPyramid embossing limits ply separation and reduces tissue tears during dispensing. The unscented brown Kraft material handles general-purpose cleaning on all surfaces. No biodegradability or compostability claims are made for this product.

Recycled Content and Usage Limits

The towel contains zero percent pre-consumer, post-consumer or total recycled content. It is not positioned for buyers who require certified recycled fibre or compostable disposables. Facilities needing multiple dispenser models or coloured towel options will need separate product lines. The carton supplies 12 rolls only.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 7.8" x 600 ft roll in a dispenser and what step is often missed?

Slide the 2" core onto the spindle, thread the paper through the rollers, and close the latch; the step often missed is pulling the first sheet to engage the auto-feed mechanism.

What maintenance or replacement will the dispenser need later?

The compatible Papernet 416817 dispenser may need its feed rollers cleaned or replaced if paper dust builds up and causes jams.

What limit appears first during sustained high-traffic use?

Each 600 ft roll runs out after heavy continuous pulling, requiring a roll change before the 12‑roll carton is exhausted.
