Dual quiet fans and connector set

Dual 40mm fans run quietly to support continuous operation in dense rack environments. The unit supplies +3.3V @ 8A, +5V @ 20A, +12V @ 8A, -12V @ 0.5A, -5V @ 0.3A, and +5Vsb @ 2A.
