E1.S 9.5mm enterprise SSD with 1.92TB capacity, PCIe 4.0 x4, 144L TLC 3D NAND, up to 5300 MBps read, 1900 MBps write, 706000 random read IOPS, 114000 random write IOPS, 3.5 PBW endurance.
The Solidigm D7-P5520 is a 1.92TB enterprise SSD built for data-centre servers. It uses an E1.S 9.5mm form factor and 144L TLC 3D NAND. The drive targets workloads that need high random-read performance and power-loss protection. Buyers needing a 2.5-inch or M.2 form factor should choose a different model.
The drive connects through a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 link and reaches up to 5300 MBps sequential read and 1900 MBps sequential write. Random 4K performance is rated at 706000 IOPS read and 114000 IOPS write. A host slot limited to PCIe 3.0 will reduce these throughput figures. Endurance is 3.5 PBW with a 2,000,000-hour MTBF.
Verify that your chassis accepts E1.S 9.5mm modules and provides the required PCIe 4.0 x4 wiring. Active power draw is 13W and idle power is 5W. The unit weighs 72g +/- 5g and tolerates 1,000 G shock at 0.5 msec plus 2.17 GRMS operating vibration. Opal security is supported for hardware encryption.

The 1.92TB capacity is the specific model listed here. If your workload needs more or less space, other D7-P5520 capacities exist but are not detailed in this listing.
That is the maximum sequential read speed over PCIe 4.0 x4. Real-world throughput depends on queue depth, block size, CPU and thermal limits in your chassis.
PCIe 4.0 x4 provides the electrical lane width for the rated 5300 MBps read and 1900 MBps write. The drive cannot exceed the bandwidth of that link.
