Compact Industrial Code Reader

The Solio MATRIX 220 is a fixed industrial 2D code reader built for warehouse and manufacturing environments. Its compact form factor houses a 1.2 MPixel high resolution sensor and a multicore image processing platform. This combination delivers top scanning performance for direct part marking applications. It suits operations needing reliable barcode capture in a small footprint.

Integration and Mounting Flexibility

The reader’s compact design allows installation where space is limited on production lines or machinery. It requires standard power and data connections to operate within an automated system. The integrated lighting solutions are tuned for DPM codes, removing the need for external illumination hardware. This frees up mounting space and simplifies the overall vision setup.

Included Optics and Illumination

The unit ships with a 7 mm lens optimised for the sensor’s resolution and working distance. Built-in lighting is engineered specifically for reading challenging direct part marks on metal or plastic surfaces. These integrated optics and illumination mean no separate lenses or light modules must be sourced. The scanner arrives ready to configure for the target application.
