Limits of 1 GbE interfaces and throughput

The eight 1 GbE ports cap aggregate wired throughput at 1 Gbps per link, so firewall inspection throughput peaks at 2 Gbps and threat prevention at 750 Mbps. Encrypted traffic inspection and application control share the same processing budget, so enabling multiple DPI services simultaneously will reduce effective throughput below the headline figures.
