98-Inch Bravia Mini LED for Home Cinema

The Sony K98XR50 is a 98-inch 4K LCD television built for large-room viewing. It delivers a 3840 x 2160 resolution at a 120Hz refresh rate with Mini LED backlighting. Google TV provides the smart platform for streaming and apps. The set targets households wanting a single, expansive screen for films, sport and console gaming.

Bundled Screen Cleaner and Extended Protection

A 6.8oz 200ml Amber spray cleaner is included for routine panel maintenance on the TV and other household screens. The package also adds a six-year Amber protection plan that covers mechanical and electrical failures plus power surge damage beyond the standard one-year manufacturer warranty. Coverage is limited to residential use only.

HDMI 2.1 Bandwidth and Fixed 120Hz Panel

Four HDMI inputs accept 4K signals at up to 120Hz, matching the panel’s native refresh rate for tear-free console play. The 16:9 aspect ratio is fixed, so ultra-wide cinematic material will display with letterbox bars. Wireless connectivity relies on unspecified Wi-Fi and Bluetooth standards; buyers needing specific protocol versions or wired speeds beyond the single Ethernet port should verify compatibility before purchase.
