Sony WH-1000XM3/S Wireless Headphones

These over-ear headphones combine Bluetooth wireless freedom with industry-leading active noise cancellation powered by the HD Noise-Canceling Processor QN1. They target commuters, frequent flyers and office workers who want to hear music or calls without surrounding voices, traffic or aircraft rumble. A 30-hour battery life supports multi-day use between charges.

Quick pairing and simple daily use

Turn the headphones on, select them in the device Bluetooth menu and audio streams immediately. Touch controls on the right ear cup handle volume, track skip and calls without reaching for a phone. The Quick Attention mode lowers playback instantly when you cup the housing for announcements or brief conversation. A USB-C cable and 3 m audio cord are included for wired fallback when batteries run flat.

Ideal for travellers who value silence

Adaptive Sound Control and Ambient Sound Control adjust cancellation automatically for walking, waiting or sitting environments. Voice assistant access works with a tap. Buyers who need aptX HD, LDAC or multipoint Bluetooth details should verify support before purchase. Anyone preferring on-ear fit, replaceable batteries or a lighter frame under 8.99 ounces should consider other designs.
