Premium Pastel Paper for Laser Output

Sparco 05125 is a 500-sheet ream of 20 lb copy and multipurpose paper in a goldenrod shade. The acid-free, lint-free stock is precision-cut to 8.50 x 11 dimensions and carries SFI certification. It is designed for high-speed copiers and laser printers in office or home settings.

Limits of Laser-Only Compatibility

The manufacturer specifies laser print technology, so the paper is optimised for the heat and toner fusion of laser devices. Inkjet printers, which rely on liquid ink absorption, may produce feathering or slower drying on this surface. Buyers who need guaranteed inkjet performance should select a sheet rated for that technology.

Archival-Grade Acid-Free Construction

Acid-free composition prevents yellowing and brittleness over time, making the ream suitable for records that must remain legible for years. Without this property, standard paper can degrade and compromise long-term document integrity. Buyers who only need short-term drafts or internal memos may not require archival durability.

Questions about this item

Which pack size should I choose for everyday office printing?

The 500-sheet ream covers typical daily volumes and fits standard letter trays without frequent refills.

How does the 20 lb weight perform in a high-speed laser printer?

At 20 lb the sheets feed cleanly through fast copiers and laser engines, resist jams, and stay flat after fusing.

What does the SFI certification mean for my print jobs?

SFI certification confirms the fibre comes from responsibly managed forests, so every 8.50 x 11 sheet meets recognised environmental sourcing standards.
