Five-pack 6-inch flat-plug extension cords

This five-pack supplies five 6-inch cords that add a short reach to household appliances. Each cord carries a 45-degree NEMA 5-15P to NEMA 5-15R connector and is UL listed for indoor use. The low-profile flat head lets furniture sit close to the wall without bending the plug. They suit homes and offices needing multiple short extensions.

16 AWG copper wire rated 13 A 125 V 1625 W

The SJT 16AWG/3C construction uses pure copper conductors inside a wear-resistant PVC jacket. It comfortably powers computers, monitors, printers and similar devices that draw up to 13 amps. The rating runs out at 1625 watts, so high-draw appliances such as heaters or large kitchen equipment exceed the safe limit. The full-moulded design protects the connections from strain.

45-degree flat plug for tight clearances

The 45-degree flat plug is the single specification that decides fit: it drops the cord downward and sits nearly flush with the outlet. This allows the cord to run behind desks, bookshelves or entertainment units without kinking. Buyers whose sockets are recessed or oriented sideways may find the fixed angle does not align with their layout.

Questions about this item

Will the 45-degree flat plug on these 16 AWG cords sit flush behind a bookshelf so the existing plug does not bend?

The 45-degree NEMA 5-15P flat plug lets furniture sit almost flush with the wall, preventing the cord from bending and giving a more secure connection.

How can I confirm each 6-inch cord is delivering the rated 13 amps at 125 volts after I plug them in?

The cords are UL listed and 100 % tested by the manufacturer; a secure fit in the outlet and normal operation of connected devices show they are working as intended.

Does the 5-pack include only the six-inch extension cords or are mounting hardware and extra adapters also supplied?

The package contains five 6-inch 16 AWG SJT extension cords with 45-degree flat plugs; no mounting hardware or additional adapters are included.
