Console-Style Control Surface for DAW Mixing

The SSL UC1 is a hardware control surface built for engineers who want hands-on control of SSL Native Channel Strip 2 and Bus Compressor 2 plug-ins inside Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live and other major DAWs. It delivers the ergonomic workflow of a classic analog console with immediate visual feedback from smart LED rings and moving-coil style meters. The unit connects to Mac or Windows computers and can switch between three connected DAWs at the push of a button.

Eight Motorised Faders with 32-Channel Expandability

The surface provides eight 100mm motorised faders with RGB buttons and LCD displays, organised into track banks that cover an entire session and expand up to 32 channels. Sixteen-segment I/O meters and an authentic moving-coil Bus Compressor meter give constant level visibility without looking at the screen. The SSL 360° software application manages plug-in mapping and allows simultaneous control of multiple plug-in instances across the session.

All-Metal Enclosure with Dual Footswitch Inputs

A rugged all-metal chassis houses the controls and provides two 1/4-inch footswitch inputs for hands-free transport or punch-in operation. Connectivity uses the supplied USB Type-C or USB Type-C to USB Type-A cables, each 4.9 feet long, alongside an auto-ranging DC power supply. The hardware works standalone or alongside the UF8 studio controller for expanded channel count and workflow integration.
