Heavy-Duty 3-Shelf Utility Cart

The Stand Steady SS-EC111HD-B is a 32 by 18 inch indoor maintenance cart built for janitorial, warehouse or classroom tasks. Its high-density polyethylene shelves and PVC legs resist dents and scratches while keeping the unit light enough to move easily. Assembly requires no tools and takes roughly 10 minutes.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

As a non-powered rolling cart, it produces no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. Four 5-inch casters — two full-swivel and two stationary — provide smooth movement across hard floors, and the integrated locking brakes hold the cart securely when parked. The ergonomic push handle moulded into the top shelf reduces pushing effort.

Bundled Accessories and Software

No accessories, software or additional hardware are included in the package. The 2.5-inch deep trays and 22.5-inch clearance between shelves define the storage volume for supplies or tools. Each shelf supports up to 125 lbs when weight is evenly distributed, and the 33 percent higher capacity claim applies only to carts of comparable footprint.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the SS-EC111HD-B cart and what step do people often miss?

The cart assembles in about 10 minutes with no tools; the step often missed is locking both 5-inch swivel casters' brakes before loading so the unit does not roll away.

What maintenance will the HDPE shelves and PVC legs need over time?

Wipe the HDPE shelves and PVC legs with mild detergent; inspect the four 5-inch casters periodically for debris and tighten any loose bolts to keep rolling smooth.

What limit appears first when the cart is fully loaded and moved constantly?

Each shelf holds 125 lbs evenly distributed; exceeding that weight or concentrating the load will bow the 2.5-inch deep trays before the casters wear out.
