Built for heavy daily transport

The Stand Steady Tubstr Large 3 Shelf Utility Cart is a commercial-grade rolling cart made of black HDPE shelves and PVC legs. It supports up to 300 pounds total, with each shelf rated for 100 pounds. The frame resists dents, rust and scratches for long service in schools, offices, garages and warehouses.

Load limits and shelf dimensions

Each tub shelf measures 24 wide by 32 long with a 2.75 deep lip that keeps items secure while moving. The three-shelf layout divides the 300-pound capacity into 100 pounds per level, so weight must be spread evenly. Overloading a single shelf risks structural failure even if the total load is lower.

Simple assembly and wheel lock operation

The cart assembles quickly with basic tools and the push handle bolts on without complication. Full-swivel casters roll smoothly and the locking brakes hold the cart firmly without marking floors. The most common issue is forgetting to engage both brakes on uneven surfaces, which lets the cart drift.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the three-shelf version or a smaller cart for my workspace?

The three-shelf configuration gives you three 24-by-32-inch tub shelves, each rated for 100 pounds, so you can move up to 300 pounds of tools or supplies in a single trip.

What does the 300-pound capacity mean when the cart is fully loaded and rolling?

The frame is tested to hold 300 pounds total — 100 pounds per shelf — and the full-swivel casters with locking brakes keep the loaded cart stable on smooth floors without scratching the surface.

How do the full-swivel casters and locking brakes perform on different floor types?

The casters swivel freely for tight turns and lock securely to hold the cart in place on tile, concrete or carpet, while the PVC legs prevent floor damage during moves.
