Questions about this item

Will the 45.5 x 24.5 inch footprint fit through standard doorways alongside my existing shelving?

Each cart measures 45.5 inches long by 24.5 inches wide, so measure your door clearance; the 4-inch swivel casters add minimal extra width.

How do I confirm the 500-pound total capacity is holding up after I load the 36 x 24 inch shelves?

The 2.5-inch deep HDPE tubs should sit level with 19.5 inches of clearance between shelves; if the cart rolls smoothly and the locking casters hold firm, the frame is performing as designed.

Does the 2-pack ship fully assembled or do I need to buy hardware for the four casters and push handle?

The two carts arrive ready to use with 4-inch full-swivel casters and ergonomic push handles already installed; no extra parts are required.
