  • CAT8 rating delivers 25 Gbps and 40 Gbps speeds
  • 2000 MHz bandwidth supports high-frequency signals
  • S/FTP shielding with pure bare copper cuts interference
  • 100 W PoE++ carries power and data together

15ft White CAT8 Ethernet Cable

This 15ft white CAT8 patch cord uses 26AWG pure bare copper conductors with S/FTP shielding. It is built for 25G and 40G networks and tested to 2000MHz bandwidth. The cable supports 100W PoE++ power delivery and features a low-smoke zero-halogen jacket.

Check connector type and cable run

Verify that your devices use standard RJ45 ports and that a 15ft length fits the distance between them. Confirm your switch, router or network card is rated for 25G or 40G speeds to use the full bandwidth. Ensure the pathway can accommodate a shielded cable with strain-relief boots.

Replaces lower-category patch cords

This cable upgrades from CAT5e or CAT6 links when you need 25G or 40G throughput and 2000MHz headroom. The jump is worth it for new 25G/40G infrastructure or PoE++ deployments requiring 100W per port. It is not for installations limited to 1G speeds or unshielded environments.

Questions about this item

Does the 15ft white cable arrive with both RJ45 ends already fitted or do I need to buy plugs separately?

The patch cord is supplied with snagless RJ45 connectors on both ends, so no additional plugs are required.

Should I choose the 25 Gbps or 40 Gbps rating for a 2000 MHz shielded run?

The same cable supports both 25 Gbps and 40 Gbps speeds at 2000 MHz, so a single version covers either requirement.

Will the 100 W PoE++ rating deliver full power to a 26 AWG bare copper link at 15 ft?

Yes, the 26 AWG pure bare copper conductors are rated for 100 W PoE++ across the 15 ft length.
