7 ft Cat6 patch cable for Gigabit

This seven-foot yellow cable uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors and RJ45 connectors to carry 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 Gbps Ethernet up to 160 ft. It is rated for 500 MHz bandwidth and built to the TIA/EIA-568-B.1-2001 T568B wiring standard. The CMG-rated PVC jacket meets general-purpose fire requirements and the assembly is ETL verified with UL-listed wire (E132276-A).

Steady throughput on long runs and PoE loads

At its rated 250 MHz the link maintains 10 Gbps across the full 160 ft channel without the drop-off seen on shorter-spec cables. The 100 W Power-over-Ethernet capacity stays stable because the 100 % copper conductors resist heating during continuous delivery. Molded strain relief and snagless boots keep contact resistance low when the patch cord is routed through trays or around rack edges.

Tool-free RJ45 installation with clear polarity

Both ends arrive pre-terminated to the T568B pinout so the cable seats in any keystone, patch panel or switch port without a crimper. The yellow jacket makes the run easy to trace in dense bundles, and the flexible PVC bends cleanly without kinking. Installers should avoid exceeding the 160 ft channel limit or mixing with lower-category cabling, which would negate the 500 MHz headroom.
