STARTECH M45PATCH3BL 3 ft Cat5e network ethernet cable Blue

3 ft Cat5e cable for Fast Ethernet

This three-foot Cat5e patch cord connects computers, switches or routers at Fast Ethernet speeds. The blue jacket and coloured hoods help identify links by department or function. Power-over-Ethernet capability allows compatible devices to draw power through the same cable.

Coloured hoods simplify cable management

Moulded boots with colour-coded hoods let installers trace runs quickly in dense panels. The hoods also protect the RJ45 latch from snagging during moves or maintenance. This reduces accidental disconnects in busy racks or wall plates.

Verify port speed and cable category needs

Ensure both endpoints support Fast Ethernet or slower; the cable is rated for Cat5e performance only. Confirm that three feet reaches between your devices without tension. Check that PoE equipment complies with the relevant standard before relying on power delivery.
