This 25-foot Category 6 patch cord uses low-smoke zero-halogen jacketing and 100% copper conductors. It suits installers who need a plenum-friendly cable for structured wiring runs up to 7.6 metres. The snagless boots and strain relief protect the RJ45 connectors during pulls through conduit or cable trays. It is not for buyers who require outdoor-rated or direct-burial construction.

10 Gigabit limit at 55 m

The cable complies with ANSI/TIA-568-2.D and is rated to 250 MHz bandwidth. It supports 10 Gbps speeds up to 55 metres, while 1, 2.5 and 5 Gbps links can run the full 100-metre channel. PoE++ delivery up to 100 W is available on all four pairs. Installations that need 10 Gbps beyond 55 metres cannot rely on this cable.

24 AWG stranded copper capacity

The 24 AWG stranded conductors with 50-micron gold-plated pins provide headroom for high-power PoE++ and multi-gigabit signalling. Attenuation stays within Cat 6 limits for runs up to the rated distance, but insertion loss rises on longer channels. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic emissions in fire scenarios, yet the cable lacks armoured or gel-filled variants for harsh environments.
