100 ft Cat6 Purple Patch Cable

This 100 ft Cat6 UTP patch cable connects workstations, wall plates, hubs, switches and routers with snagless RJ45 connectors on both ends. The purple jacket aids cable identification in dense installations. Molded strain relief protects the connector junction from bending damage during routing. The cable uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors rated for 250 MHz bandwidth.

Suited for fixed runs up to 100 ft.

The 100 ft length suits permanent links between floors, rooms or rack rows where a full run is required. Installers needing only a few feet of cable will find this length excessive and harder to manage. The snagless boots help in tight panels but add bulk compared with bootless plugs. Handles 10 Gbps up to 160 ft and 100 W PoE

The 250 MHz Cat6 construction supports multi-gigabit speeds of 2.5 and 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps across the full 100 ft run with headroom to 160 ft. It carries 100 W Power over Ethernet for access points, cameras or phones without a separate power feed. The ETL-verified UL-rated wire (E132276-A) meets safety standards for in-wall use. Beyond 160 ft, 10 Gbps performance is not guaranteed.
