This 10 ft red Cat6 UTP patch cable is built for reliable wired networking in homes and offices. It supports Multi Gigabit speeds of 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 Gbps up to 160 ft at 250 MHz bandwidth. The cable uses 24 AWG stranded 100% copper conductors rated for 100 W PoE applications.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive copper cable, it generates no heat and produces no audible noise during operation. Power draw is limited to the PoE current delivered to connected devices, with the 24 AWG copper conductors rated to handle up to 100 W safely. The PVC jacket carries a CMG fire rating for general-purpose indoor installation.

Snagless connectors and strain relief

Molded snagless RJ45 connectors protect the locking tabs from catching or breaking during insertion and removal. Integrated molded strain relief reduces stress on the conductor terminations near the plug ends.
