It is built with 24 AWG stranded 100% copper conductors and carries UL rating E132276-A for safety compliance.

250 MHz bandwidth and 10 Gbps headroom

The cable supports 250 MHz bandwidth and Multi-Gigabit speeds of 1, 2.5, 5 and 10 Gbps up to 160 ft, so the 50 ft length operates well within its certified headroom. It also delivers up to 100 W Power over Ethernet for access points, cameras or VoIP phones. Beyond 160 ft the 10 Gbps rating no longer applies and signal margin decreases.

Snagless RJ-45 ends for dense patches
