Multi-platform wireless headset

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3X 61691 is a wireless gaming headset built for Xbox, PlayStation 5, PC, Switch and mobile devices. A USB-C dongle provides 2.4 GHz audio while Bluetooth 5.3 handles phone calls or music. The SteelSeries Arctis Companion app delivers over 200 game-specific presets, including profiles for Call of Duty and Fortnite, so players can emphasise footsteps and other tactical cues.

Lightweight frame with fast charging

Weighing 260 g, the headset uses a stretchable ski-goggle headband and multiple adjustment points to distribute pressure evenly. A dual-hinge construction adds structural rigidity for daily transport. Custom neodymium magnetic drivers produce clear highs, detailed mids and deep bass. Fast charging restores up to 9 hours of play from a 15 minute top-up, while a full charge yields up to 40 hours of continuous use.

Upgrade from wired or single-platform sets

This model replaces tethered headsets that limit movement and older wireless units locked to one console ecosystem. The quick-switch button toggles between 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth instantly, loading the appropriate audio preset automatically. The compact L-shaped USB-C dongle keeps adjacent ports free. Buyers who require simultaneous dual-wireless audio streams or a dedicated hardware mixer will need a different solution.
