Universal marine radio dash kit

The STINGER SEADASH3B kit converts an oversized splash protector or single DIN opening to accept a round 3-inch gauge-style marine radio. Eight independent mounting configurations cover most installations without modifying the console. The kit is offered in a black finish for a clean, factory look.

Check opening shape and radio format

Verify that the helm cutout is either an oversized splash protector or a single DIN rectangle before ordering. The kit is designed only for round 3-inch gauge radios; other radio shapes will not fit. No extra console modifications are required for the supported openings.

UV-protected ASA and stainless hardware

OEM-grade ASTM-G154-16 certified UV-protected ASA resists fading and cracking in harsh sunlight. Stainless fasteners prevent corrosion in salt-spray environments. These materials keep the installation secure and looking new through extended marine exposure.

Questions about this item

What components come in the SEADASH3B kit and what must be purchased separately?

The kit includes the dash kit with UV-protected ASA construction and stainless hardware for eight mounting configurations; a 3-inch gauge-style marine radio is required separately.

Should I choose the black or white finish for my console?

Both finishes use identical OEM-grade ASTM-G154-16-certified ASA and stainless hardware; select the colour that matches your dashboard aesthetic.

How does the ASTM-G154-16 certification affect real-world durability on the water?

The certification confirms the ASA material passes accelerated UV exposure testing, so the kit resists fading and cracking during extended marine use.
