What this sensor does

The SUNX Sensors LX-101 is a digital RGB colour mark sensor built for electricians and automation technicians. It uses a red-green-blue light source to detect coloured marks on moving webs or sheets. The NPN output switches when the chosen colour contrast is recognised. A fixed 2 m cable is attached for direct wiring.

Check your wiring and mount

Verify that your controller accepts an NPN sinking signal before ordering. The sensing distance is fixed at 10 ±3 mm so the sensor face must be positioned within that narrow window. Confirm the supply voltage range matches your system and that the 2 m cable reaches your termination point without splicing.
