Micro ATX server board with LGA 1200 socket, four DDR4-3200 slots for up to 128 GB ECC, one PCIe 4.0 x16, one M.2 2280/22110, six SATA 6.0 Gb/s and dual 1 GbE LAN
The Supermicro MBD-X12STL-F-O is a Micro ATX motherboard built for single-socket Intel Xeon E-2300 and 10th Generation Pentium processors up to 95W TDP. It targets small-form-factor servers, edge appliances and workstations that need ECC memory and remote management in a 9.6-inch square footprint.
Confirm your chassis accepts a 9.6 by 9.6 inch Micro ATX board and provides adequate airflow for a 95W TDP processor. Ensure the power supply delivers the required EPS 12V connector and that your chosen cooler fits the LGA 1200 retention mechanism without blocking the four DDR4 slots or the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot.
The onboard ASPEED AST2600 BMC with dedicated VGA and COM ports enables full KVM-over-IP and serial console access without a discrete GPU. Dual Intel I210 1GbE ports provide redundant management and data paths, while the single M.2 2280/22110 M-Key slot and six SATA 6.0Gb/s ports handle boot and storage drives.

The motherboard includes the I/O shield and standard headers. You must purchase a supported LGA 1200 processor, DDR4 3200 ECC UDIMMs, storage drives and a Micro ATX case with a suitable power supply.
Fill all four 288-pin slots with 32GB modules to reach the 128GB limit, or use smaller ECC UDIMMs for lower totals. The board only accepts DDR4 3200 unbuffered ECC memory.
The slot runs at PCIe 4.0 x16 electrically, providing up to 32GB/s bidirectional bandwidth for compatible add-in cards such as GPUs, compute accelerators or high-speed NICs.
