This Supersuperuncle transceiver delivers 10 Gbps over single-mode fibre at 1310 nm. It reaches up to 1.4 kilometres and fits any SFP+ port that accepts the RTXM228-702 form factor. Network engineers use it to extend campus or metro connections without repeaters. It is not suited for multimode plant or distances beyond the rated reach.

Hot-plug SFP+ installs in seconds
