Supersuperuncle EPW800-12A 800W server power supply for Huawei RH2288 V2

SKU CH-QM6B-JF2NN

800 W server power supply built for the Huawei RH2288 V2 platform

  • 800 W output powers the Huawei RH2288 V2 server
  • 12 V main rail delivers stable voltage to critical components
  • New condition ensures full rated performance from first use
  • Part number 02130950 matches the original Huawei specification

Compatible server power supply

This 800W unit is built as a direct replacement for the Huawei RH2288 V2 server. It matches the original EPW800-12A specification and part number 02130950. System administrators can install it without adapter cables or firmware changes.

Thermals and power draw

The supply delivers its rated 800W through a 12V rail while the internal fan regulates temperature under normal server loads. Acoustic output stays within typical rack limits for this class of unit. Power factor correction keeps draw efficient on standard data-centre PDUs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the EPW800-12A 800W power supply into a Huawei RH2288 V2 server and which step is most often missed?

Slide the unit into the hot-swap bay until the latch clicks, then verify the amber LED turns green; the step most often missed is failing to seat the latch fully, which leaves the supply running on standby only.

What maintenance or replacement will the EPW800-12A 800W power supply need during the life of a Huawei RH2288 V2 server?

Clean the intake mesh quarterly to prevent dust build-up; replace the unit if the front LED stays amber or the server logs a 12 V rail fault, as internal fans and capacitors are not user-serviceable.
